Our 3-Step Solution
Consultation & Planning
Step 1:
We will conduct a walkthrough of your home and evaluate what needs to be moved, sold, donated, or discarded. We will also discuss organization or packing of items at this time. You will receive a cost estimate after this walkthrough and initial consultation.

Once you accept the estimate, we will research the value of collectibles, antiques and other items that are to be sold or donated. Photographs and details of each item sold or donated will be categorized for tax or legal purposes.

We will also contact professional moving and hauling companies for bids on moving, donation, or disposal of any unwanted items.
Step 2:
Organization & Updates
We are often called upon to help a home owner organize and declutter a house in preparation for sale. By carefully removing the accumulated clutter that could easily distract a prospective buyer from seeing the actual size and attractive amenities of a house, a much better impression about the true beauty of the property is made. Real estate agents frequently tell their clients that decluttering helps sell a house more quickly.

Our professional team of home organizers will carefully arrange your current items to make your home look clean and inviting. Or, if you have unwanted items we will carefully and thoughtfully pack, ship, sell, or donate those items according to your wishes.

Step 3:
Selling & Relocating
Depending on your end goals, we will arrange all the finishing touches to make your move smooth and easy. This includes:

Arranging for any items or trash to be disposed and hauled away

Making final arrangements with packers and movers

Working with family members regarding any estate items that need to be moved, sold, or donated

Deep cleaning and/or staging your home for sale
